In this website, Maria Luisa (Lulu) Carter from Brazil will lead workshops, events, and on-line classes focused on positive changes, service learning, social responsibilities and personal growth both locally and globally. Lulu will discuss the  importance of finding your purpose in life plays a role in your happiness.

CEO of Destination Partners, and in-spire us is an educator, therapist and founder of Happy Center House of Gaia, a 501c3 non-profit community in Naples Florida dedicated to community, education and inclusion, based on the principles of the Science of Happiness. In addition to being an alum of your Happiness Institute training, she just recently finished the training for Chief Happiness Officer in Tourism and Hospitality with Sandro Formica at Florida International University.

Born in Sao Paulo, Maria Luisa (“Lulu”) Carter began her professional career in education, the arts and community service in Rio de Janeiro, before moving first to Europe and then to the United States 20 years ago. With degrees from Brazil in speech therapy, art, psychodrama and a Masters/Science and Education from Southern Connecticut University, Lulu views the world through an eclectic and multicultural prism. She has initiated projects that combine education, community service and arts throughout Brazil (including programs for street children in Rio and a sustainable ecotourism project at the Acajatuba Village in the Amazon).

In 2008, She founded the non-profit organization Bee Gaia, dedicating to bringing the world together through programs of art, education, well-being and travel. Lulu is the Co-Founder of Destination Partners Travel Management Company & House of Gaia Non-Profit Organization. Lulu is particularly interested in providing services to children with different abilities and special needs.
